CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS (the "Rules")

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest is being held by Golf 4 Millions Events, Inc. (the “Contest Sponsor”) and begins 12:01AM EST on April 1st, 2015 and will end at 11:59PM EST on June 30th, 2015 (the “Contest Period”), after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Contest, an individual must be:
1. the age of majority in United States or older at the time of entry;
2. an individual must have created a basic profile with photo at www.golf4millions.com
Contest Sponsor, their respective parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the employees and household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest (the above requirements collectively constitute all “Eligible Persons”).
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. To enter without purchase or obligation, an individual (the referee) must refer a Golf Club or Course (the referred) who Creates a Course Profile on www.golf4millions.com and makes the Golf 4 Millions Competition available to members and or guests at their course or club between now, 2014 and August 31, 2015. The referred Golf Course (Club) must provide their last name, first name (excluding any nickname), age, full address with postal code, telephone number with area code, email address (if applicable),. Upon registration of this information by the Contest Sponsor, the individual (the referee) and the friend (the referred) will each automatically have one (1) entry in the Contest. There is no limit per person. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. Offers may change without notice.
PRIZE
There will be three trips for two to Bandon Dunes including Airfare (Continental US only) Accommodations (two nights) and 4 rounds of golf (prize winner must arrange transportation from Portland Airport, meals and provide their own golf equipment. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted by the Winner as awarded. The Contest Sponsor does not make any express or implied warranty about the Prize, and, as such, is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the Prize or for any taxes, landing and departure fees, and other charges and surcharges that may be applicable. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the specified Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Contest Sponsor’s control. Arrangements will be made by the Contest Sponsor to deliver the Prize to the Winner. The Winner must meet all other eligibility criteria as well as any applicable company policies of the Contest Sponsor. Date of deliver of the Prize to the Winner will based on Bandon Dunes availability (Golf 4 Millions will provide return airfare for two to Portland Airport for contest winners living in continental US certain restrictions apply)

SELECTION
There will be a random draw for the Prize at the Contest Sponsor’s office located at 11 Capreol Court, Toronto, ON on July 5th 2015 date time at 12PM EST. Two (2) entries from an Eligible Person will be manually selected at random among all entries received during the Contest Period, In addition one trip will be awarded to the member who refer's the most clubs during the referal contest period for the Prize described. All entries received meeting the eligibility criteria herein will be part of the same draw and will be treated equally for the purposes of selecting an entrant (the “Selected Entrant”).
